A plane carrying the Speaker of the Puntland Parliament and other citizens failed to land at the Garowe Gen. Mohammed Abshir Airport.
She went back and forth three times, but was unable to set foot on the field.
The plane suffered a malfunction, which caused it to not land, but fortunately, it landed at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi and returned.
The speeker is currently in Nairobi and has canceled his trip to Garowe today.
