Minister Abshir Huruuse has filed a complaint against Ali Balcad to the Prime Minister, accusing him of abuses against the ministry’s diplomats and of constantly interfering with the minister’s work.
It was recently when Huruuse submitted a letter of resignation to President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, complaining about the Minister of State Ali Balcad, but Hassan refused and said that he will quickly resolve the issue, and Mr. Balad will be transferred from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
