IC’s position declared their position to Hassan Sheikh
They summarized their position in Somalia in Four points.
1. Go back to the war on terror that you turned away from.
2. Bring Puntland at any cost.
3 Stop the military clashes in Barawe and Bardalle.
4. Stop political conflicts and new divisions.
Specifically, the United States has clarified its position on Puntlsnd’s important role and taken Puntland as an example of the rebuilding of Somalia’s government which cannot be without Puntland in any way.
President Mohamoud is now dealing with a political slap as he was told… “If the extension of his term was needed because of the war on terrorism, we would understand, but we cannot accept an election that would not result in one person and one vote since it means nothing”.
