H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, led the UAE delegation at today’s China-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit for Cooperation and Development in Riyadh.
Hosted in Saudi Arabia at the invitation of HRH King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, the summit was inaugurated by HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The summit was attended by leaders and representatives of the GCC countries and President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China, in addition to delegates from several international organisations.
Attendees discussed opportunities for cooperation in various sectors, including economic growth and development.
